The men in the service department are super incompetent. If you take your vehicle there, they have no idea what's going on with it. My vehicle had more problems then before I dropped it off. Now, my check engine light is on. Something that wasn't there when I dropped it off. They failed to fix the problem and have no idea what mechanic work is. A simple fix turned into disaster which y'all shall be held liable. Perhaps they had a hit of something and was high screwing things up along the way. I do not recommend this place unless you don't mind other problems being tacked on to what you already have. I'll never come back to this shady place again.

Outstanding!!! Best customer service, best parts service. Three cars purchased from Stokes Honda. Best car dealership in town. Not to be confused with Stokes Toyota. Had a bad experience from Stokes Toyota, bad customer service.

Worst used car buying experience of my 55 years on planet Earth. My fault for buying a used BMW X5 for my wife online and sight unseen. When you are dealing with a "big" dealership you kind of just expect that they are going to do the right thing when deciding to sell a car vs. sending it to auction. I paid 15K for this one. It was delivered with a dent, numerous warning lights on, two mismatched tires in the back and dirty. $5000 later and I finally have this thing drivable. *Do not buy anything except a Honda from this dealership*. Honda's they know. Every other make and model? Notsomuch. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
