I was really surprised to see the negative reviews. I have been dealing with a custody case that has dragged on for almost three years. They have assisted me through this difficult process. I can not afford lawyers fees and I do not know how I would have done this. The attorney Mrs. Taylor is leaving so I have been appointed another attorney and I am hoping it still works out. People think because its free that it's not people fighting for you but they are. Mrs. Taylor I hate that you are leaving but I am happy you are moving to greater things because you deserve it. I am looking forward to the best outcome for my children and I thank my new attorney in advance.

Don't do it, it's a trick. The "lawyer" who called me back after intake told me there is no remedy, except to move out and lose your money, for a landlord who states via text (electronic discovery) they are providing a lease, but fail to do so. I worked for defense litigators for 15 years and know that when you go to court, the judge hears two sides and anything can happen with a good argument. Text is now as much a piece of evidence as a written statement. There is valid supporting evidence to show, with the other evidence I have, a pattern of not keeping her word. Second, she stated I'm in a month to month, ok true. However, a good attorney will present an argument showing the electronic discovery wherein the LL made many promises but never delivered. After learning the LL refused to move out for a month in addition to not making repairs, costing me $300 extra in storage fees, a good lawyer will argue that the LL didn't deliver the house as promised. make an argument to get your rent decreased to the proper market value for its condition, and can fight to get you a refund on the first 3 months of your money. A good "paid" lawyer gives it their best shot. (Not say, well there's nothing you can do, when I know better.) :-)

It is always good to help take care of your child, even if you can not see the child, but everyone has rights and it's up them to receive the help with their issues,
Yes
By now, your situation is probably resolved... However...whose name is on the lease or mortgage? If you are not, and you have no records of having paid any utility AND/OR there is no clain of a Common Law Marriage in place, you have no claim to be there. So better be packing.
What have you done so far to get copies of the records? Are theses your records or those of another person?
Sorry it saved before I finished. If you dont make rent payments the law will not help you. Continue to pay rent

If you're filing your own paperwork papers of thru family court the filing fee is only $150
I think it's best you start with the Probate court on 1700 Main Street. Make sure you have death certificate and all necessary paperwork. They can help you.
