Could you please update me on the status of my malfunctioning phone? It has been a week and I am not able to to make or receive calls nor can I text. I have no way of calling if I were to have an emergency. Not a great feeling.
I up grated to better internet, do I need to bring my old modem in for a credit?

If it's spectrums box yes but if it from another company I would think so too cause at the end when j cancel they will charge j for the modern
