Took 5 months and another shop to tell them what was wrong when I first took car I told them ailment to check they went another route took 3 months to get parts just to still have same problem went elsewhere they did a evaluation told me issues and put it in writing went back took another month and a half been happy with Ford's 1st one I've really had issues with but I wouldn't use their service department again unless this vehicle has any issues related to what they did I'll go to Charleston or Columbia for any other service needs

Truck was in the shop for an oil change and to have the electric trailer brake module installed. Getting the truck in was a breeze, getting it back on the other hand was rather rocky, let's just start by saying that there is a 3% credit card usage fee for anything over 250 dollars. Not a huge deal and was informed of that prior to picking my truck up. My issue was paying the bill, adding 3% to it and getting the quality I got, thats where the problem lys. When I got back to the truck there was oil all over the center console, steering wheel, drivers door panel, oily hand prints all over the outside of the truck on the hood, fender and drivers door. When this issue was brought to the service advisors attention it was shrugged off, no offer to clean it, no "I'm sorry it happened" nothing. Other than the mess that was made, the truck was back to me same day and in a reasonable time, just not the quality I expected for 300 dollars.

Gibbes Ford Service Department was a godsend. From our arrival to the pick up of the vehicle they were courteous, informative, and caring. Car was repaired as promised.

I wouldn’t not recommend this place to anyone especially if you need to have work done to your car because they will take moths to fix your car. Please find another dealership if you don’t want to go months without your car. This dealership makes me think twice about purchasing another ford vehicle in the future.
