Did not expect superior customer service from an equipment rental company, but boy was I wrong! Sunbelt in St. Albans provided friendly curbside service at both pickup and drop off. Many businesses could learn a thing or two from Sunbelt on providing excellent customer service to their patrons.... well done Sunbelt!

Don't rent their small escalator it's teeth on bucket are wore out and it has no power . Took me 8 hrs to dig 50' 24"deep. I was digging most by hand faster. Called for service and was told if it was running they couldn't help the power part...Said to bring it back Monday and they'd work out a deal.. Sure did still charged me full rental and told my son to tell me to rent some were else next time... Thanks Sunbelt Rep...
