Basically at Ikea you will learn how to operate a pallet jack. You will use that everyday at work unless told otherwise. You simply will just be moving boxes on and off the jack. And often wrappibg items together or putting them in a cargo carrier. Over all its super easy and the lifting is not to much if you can't lift super heavy. You will probably gain some muscle tho.
