It's dirty, the employees are rude. They gave me the wrong pizza. I had to drive back and they were trying to give me the correct pizza that was sitting there. They had to make it over. They guy was so rude . He told me he had orders before me. I told him it was their fault that I was even here. I will never go back there, it's horrible!!

Order is never ready for pickup on time. You order on the app which typically says pizza will be ready in 15mins. You give them 30mins and when you get there 9 out of 10 times you have to wait for them to start cooking your pizza.

Horrible experience management portrays to be professional she's not she's very sarcastic (said i had to bring pizza back to get a refund. She told me this 2 days after the fact) and unprofessional. Took an hour and a half to not get my full order and a cold nasty pizza. Delivery person forgot most of my order at the store. Manager and employee didn't have their story straight about my order or delivery. Manager didn't fully reimburse me. Never again will I order from Antonie Horrible food and customer service.

it took 2 1/2 hrs to get my pizza delivered obviously it was cold and because one was thin crust it was soggy and i had to through it away.. very un satisfied with my order. it would of been nice if they could inform us that it will be a wait
