I love how they design the rooms . I really wanted to give 5 stars but I can't because the room was dirty. I would make sure the rooms shine.

The room has a horrible smell the bathroom had pee residue and the floor was dirty the towels with dirty dark stains and paint they have no consideration. I describe it in a few words disgusting I did not leave because there was no other place but the owner of the hotel is not interested in customer service I showed him the dirty towels and he told me if you want I give you the money and you go that easy I do not recommend .

Room was as described I have stayed here before with my spouse in the past because I loved it. The previous time I had no issues besides parking. This time I stayed here I had issues with the staff and housekeepers. Housekeeping was literally banging on the door after our first night and when I say loud; it was loud! It woke up me and my spouse. My spouse answered the door to housekeeping and he told us that checkout was at 12 pm and we were supposed to leave. I told my spouse to go to the front desk to see what was going on and the staff had told him that the new hires messed up on the amount of nights we were supposed to stay, they charged him for one night instead of two so he had to pay again for another night. The front desk told him the Expedia app was irrelevant because the new hires didn’t check in the reservation correctly. After all of that happened the day we checked out housekeeping once again woke us up very loud at 11:15 am saying that it was time to checkout when housekeeping said the day prior checkout time was 12pm and the front desk said Expedia was irrelevant? Staff was Very disrespectful and they should learn to take better care of their guests.
