The food is fresh and homemade+ (extra portion size). They also have amazing homemade large “Lil Debbie” oatmeal sandwiches (they don’t call it that but that is essentially what they are). Lastly, the staff is super friendly … they really make customers feel welcomed.

Whatever the cake of the day is, get it. It doesn't matter which one they have, it will be delicious. Also get 2 lemon bars, and a cinnamon roll. Cake slices are huge and prices are reasonable. You will enjoy.

Sandwich with a smile. Such a pleasant hometown experience with Southern hospitality. Mom and Pop businesses like this one are a rare injection of wholesomeness and friendliness most of us could use these days. Visit this local cafe that just as easily could be found in Mayberry as Lexington. Great food, even better people!
