I've got to try there fluff and fold laundry service since our dryer blew out I've had to come here my wife said she wont do my laundry cause I have way to many to carry there so I get to do it damn it .

I wish you had called us or spoken to the manager there and given us the opportunity to rectify the situation. We could have rewashed your sleeping bag for you. The water levels are set by the manufacturer of each washer and we have no control over the water level. If you would like us to rewash your sleeping bag for you please call me.

Went around 11am on a Saturday and it wasn't busy or packed with people.... both the washers I used were clean/maintained and worked well. The same with the dryer which was so huge that I was able to dry both of the loads at the same time …
