My worst experience with a pharmacy ever! The fact that they didn't have the exact form of meds on the script wasn't an issue, but the fact that they wouldn't call the vet to see if what they had would work bothered me. Then they tried to send me to a pharmacy that didn't have the full prescription amount and it would have cost twice as much was my second issue. I won't be going back there!

NEVER AGAIN! I've used this pharmacy for several years now and in the last year it's gone downhill fast. They've LOST my prescription 3 separate times now. They always blame the doctor's office, yet they doctor's office always tells me my prescription has been sent. Then MAGICALLY they find it after hours of waiting. What really tipped me over the edge was my final visit with them yesterday when not only did they lose my prescription, and make me wait so long I was unable to reach my doctor, NOT A SINGLE STAFF MEMBER FOLLOWED CDC COVID19 PROTOCOL! They weren't wearing masks. People who are more likely to be exposed to covid are standing there breathing on people's prescriptions and potentially spreading the virus into the community. No, thank you. NEVER AGAIN!

The lady who works the front cashier with red hair at the pharmacy is the nicest lady working there. She's been there for years and her name escapes me but I just wanted to say she is super nice and is always smiling and happy to help people. It's so refreshing!
