Martinsville lofts is not a good place to live. They have a lot of issues. First being the landscaping. Things are overgrown, parking lot nasty. The inside of the building hallways looks clean cause there is no trash but it isn't. Trash bags have leaked on floor from residents taking their trash out. Trash dumpster was blocked and cleaned out by a resident not the maintenance just so they could get to the dumpster to empty their trash. The walls are very thin inside the B building that you can here everything coming from your neighbor. Worse if they are very loud which most are. They have a lot of immature residents on the premises which makes the property a bad living area. Handicapped people have to park far away due to Lack of Handicapped parking and residents that are not Handicapped that park in those spots. The floors are not level at ALL. You walking up and down in your apartment. The floors are missing pieces out of them and there is 3 to 4 different kinds of flooring throughout. The floors that were replaced have gaps. They don't paint before you move in unless the walls are extremely filthy. They are VERY slow about fixing things even if they are made aware of the problem before you move in. They also have roaches in the B building that they don't talk about. Nor do they have an exterminator to come out like other apartment complex area does and they should. This would be a much better place to stay if they would address these issues. I would not now or ever recommend this place to anyone. This apartment itself is one of the worst apartment in martinsville,it infested with roaches,the whole building is dirty. And don't even try getting maintenance,and the lady in the office is a piece of work,she's hardly there she's rude. I was there ,just moved out over a month ago..wouldn't recommend this place.
