I had to get a COVID PCR test and as soon as I sat down I was called into the exam room. The provider was nice and asked questions and then the nurse came in and took the sample. I got my results back within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this clinic.

No referral is required for getting a COVID-19 PCR test.
Yes, we're able to offer PCR COVID-19 testing for travel. Our usual turnaround time is within the timeline required by most airlines and countries. Note - this is not a guarantee that we will be able to turn the test around before your travel date and time.
Yes, we do offer Rapid COVID-19 Antigen testing. The results are usually available within an hour.
Yes. We offer COVID-19 testing. Appointments are preferred but not required.
Life threatening conditions such as significant chest pain, symptoms of a stroke, severe abdominal pain, or passing out are best treated in an emergency room at your local hospital. Although our offices are staffed by some board certified medical staff, life-threatening emergencies require advanced care available only at a hospital.
We do blood draws in the clinic, then the samples are sent out to Quest Diagnostic. It typically takes between 3 to 5 days for the results.
Payment is expected at the time of treatment, unless an alternative payment has been arranged prior to the visit. You will be asked for a valid photo ID and your insurance card(s) as proof of insurance upon check-in. We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, checks, or cash, and have affordable self-pay options available.
You don't need a referral to be treated at Prognify Urgent Care. We will refer you to a specialist or your Primary Care Provider (PCP) to ensure continued care, only with your explicit written consent.
