I have ate at pizza depot so many times over the years and never had a bad experience, until tonight. We went in after my nephews baseball game. There were 4 adults and 5 kids. It was about 7:20 when we arrived. My mom and sister ordered first and the staff told them, "you know we close at 8 right? Are you eating in? Because we close promptly at 8", then my cousin ordered and again they told her "we close at 8 PM just so you are aware." And again when I ordered. I said " ummm ok does that mean you don't want us to eat here?" They said "no its whatever we are just making you aware we close at 8". Someone walked in right after us and the first thing they said to them was "we close at 8, if you wanted to eat here you could have called us earlier and we would have had it ready for you. " they turned around and walked out. Then they went and shut the front light and open sign off at about 7:40. I have never heard such rudeness and disrespect in my life. I have lost all respect for this business.

A Prater

This place is a class act. We aren't from Albion, we were visiting my brother. We called them right after they opened to order some food for a little party we were having. We ordered 5 pizzas, and two orders of cheesy bread. The lady on the phone was extremely nice and polite. She told us 20 minute. We got there and the pizzas were done right on time, everyone in there was smiling and happy, and the pizza was phenomenal! 5/5 definitely will be ordering there again when I visit my brother. It's awesome to see small town local pizza places thriving. Great Job Albion Pizza Depot!
