I recently converted my 10g brew kettle from NPT to 1.5" Tri-Clamp, using weldless bulkheads, but was having a heck of a time finding the right dip tubes to use for pickup and whirlpool. I reached to several different places, and Jay was the first (and only) to get back to my specific questions, even taking the time to grab part from his ship, then testing the fit with parts on-hand. He verified that his Bru Gear Gen 2 Dip Tube would fit just fine. I totally had piece of mind knowing this was going to work for me. I just received both items and they fit perfect! I am back up and running and could not be happier. I am definitely going to be purchasing more items in the future, and will highly recommend NorCal to all my brewing friends! Thank you!

A quick note to say thanks to Becky for her advice. I have an old pressure barrel from the UK and replacement parts are not possible to find in the US. I was hoping to make a modification to it. After patient and informative call with her it is probably best to not make the modification. Although I didnt make a purchase this time, I will be sure to look up NorCal next time I buy brewing supplies. Thanks

Norcal brewing solutions shipped me all the equipment my brewery needed including some specialty items only found at norcal. Shipping was fast too fast they charged me for regular shipping but sent the package 2day priority I'm both impressed and thankful, so I ordered from them a second time.

They still sell equipment online but their physical location is closed. A good alternative is morebeer.com.

That would depend on the type of bottle you wanted to use. They stock several types of bottles. From grolsch, to standard, to wine bottles, etc... Your best bet would be to call them at 530-243-beer(2337) or drip by and ask one of the helpful staff members.
