It was my first time there. It was a pick up order. When I arrived I was told 3-4 minutes. I seated myself in the booth across from service counter. I sat there for 15 minutes & finally went to ask about the order. Apparently the staff member that 1st greeted me had left not letting anyone know I was waiting for an order. So the order sat in the warmer while I sat there waiting for it. Poor customer service for a new customer. The pizza was good so I will try again.

Pizza use to be excellent, the last time we ordered the bacon cheeseburger pizza there were hardly any toppings. I know we are bordering a recession but I'm not going to pay the same price or higher and get less toppings.

Please tell me how is this acceptable???? I ordered bacon on this Flatbread with light cheese and this is what we get. Only 2 slices with bacon and zero sauce with the rest extra cheese. And the pizza is cold! I ordered at 6:34 and just got it at 7:55.
