Pulled up to a very busy Drive Thru, decided to go inside to order, got inside at 12:48 PM, emerged with food at 1:20 PM, both Hamburgers were on the verge of cold, one order of french fries were cold and one hot. Nobody would acknowledge you at the front counter and they have a young man there named Anthony that truly needs to pick another career or they need to use him in another facet other than working a register, maybe outside clean up or grease trap cleaning would be a better place to put him. All in all the wait was ridiculous, the food was mediocre at best and the customer service was nonexistent

Ir was a take out order and everything was wrong I had ordered a western burger and two hot ham and cheese when I got home I had a western burger and twi hot dog I called back and thay didn't won't to make it right which is ok just won't be back

Horrible service, slow as a snail. Make sure you remove the sticker that they put on your bag in the name of preventing COVID, it's real purpose is to keep you from checking the contents of your bag cause your order will more than likely be wrong. When they mess up your order, they try to blame you for it and will not try to make it right. If I have to drive all the way back to the restaurant because of an incorrect order, I would expect at the very least a friendly staff and to try to make it right instead of getting an attitude and trying to turn it around on you. Go somewhere else, I sure will from now on.

When this Covid started, the biscuits tasted like hand sanitizer, so we stopped going there for a long time. Now the biscuits are doughy and white looking. I feel that they are "pushing " the biscuits, they are not even brown. There's not alot of choices in this small town for breakfast. You would think they would want to serve good food. I understand they get busy at times. I would rather wait 5 more minutes for a biscuit that is brown and done..than a doughy one . The attitude and appearance of the workers really could be better also. When you are working in the food industry your appearance matters.
