I am from out of state and my Rav 4 broke down. Initially they were going to give me a loaner/courtesy vehicle. They even took copies of my auto insurance, license, and credit card. Then when they overheard me talking about needing to drive the car back to MA, the manager said they did not have a vehicle available. He was caustic, uncaring, and rude. It was unnecessary and harmful. I was stranded out of state and the manager couldn’t care less. The worker who took my info felt bad after the manager took the option of a loaner away and did offer to give me a ride to the rental car location. That was very kind of him, but I had already secured an Uber.
