Greatly appreciated customer service representative Mr Sam who works at Plumbing section. He helped me with questions of the toilet type, size to match our old broken one. He opened the box to make sure all the parts in good shape and taped the box back very nicely. He also loaded it to my car very carefully. It was him who made our purchase at Home Depot so smooth and pleasant. Many thanks to him and all at this location!

Does ANYONE know how to work the technology to order doors? I have spend over 7 hours within 3 days at the Dallas Hwy HD.Today, they took my paperwork--I had someone come to my home to measure---promised AGAIN---that someone would call..NOT--HELP
