Beware!!! They raise rent every chance they can and it takes several calls and a long time to get anything fixed.

As a young renter/possible future homeowner, My wife and I we're utterly discouraged to find out that they gather the biggest pool of people they can to tour one house. They then only choose the most top-tier applicant. Now my wife and I are not perfect but we're definitely notable in the sense of trying for our credit (740) for our income. My gut tells me this is wrong to do to people. And again as young renters this is completely discouraging, unethical and it shows that they only treat their tenants as assets never as people. They are only in it for the investment. So after I would be paying them $75 on my credit takes a huge dip I'm not even guaranteed a spot cuz they have 10 other applicants at the same time they're juggling. Who cares right??
