We are very grateful. The move would not be possible without them. It was efficient and professional. However, they did not communicate the morning they arrived and came much earlier than expected with no heads up, so we were unprepared. Also, our movers were not exceptionally careful with a lot of our boxes and many things came to us jostled, damaged, and broken inside their boxes. Nothing expensive, though, and overall our experience was positive and helpful.

After utilizing this company's services three (3) times in the past for both office and home moves, my wife and I and also my mother utilized them in August and September of this year to move from Columbia, South Carolina to Greenville, South Carolina. Jointly spending over ten thousand dollars, we found the experience beyond lackluster. The time estimates provided were incorrect, costing over a thousand dollars over what was estimated. Items were broken, and one was never paid for as the company refused reasonable compensation because a receipt could not be obtained for a lamp that was a few years old. I highly recommend you utilize a moving provider that is able to give an accurate estimate and whose office staff is respectful, courteous, and helpful.

When getting a quote i memtioned i was going thru a eviction as i im the person being evicted and lady got all my info i was moving my things to a storage she then charged me more and said i had to pay FULL amount of a 4 hr move for a 1 bedroom apt very shady and not fair so dont tell these people your being evicted and simply moving things out because they will take advangte of you then she was so slick and smooth with it bc she told me this out of nowhere AFTER getting all my info
