Jordan is awesome! He is in the business to help people for all the right reasons. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I purchased a used Gateway GT6570 with Windows 10. The computer was supposed to have been refurbished. That couldn't be further from the truth. Upon hooking the computer up for the first time I encountered a media test failure error, indicating an incorrect boot sequence, loose cable, or a failing hard drive. I attempted to correct the issue by correcting the boot sequence which was set to boot from the DVD drive instead of the hard drive. However, this did not fix the issue. The error message kept appearing at random. Sometimes the computer would boot fine, other times it wouldn't, which told me the hard drive was failing and there was no need to check the cables for loose connections . I attempted to run CHKDSK to try and fix any bad sectors on the hard drive but it froze at 11%. I had no choice but to perform a hard reset and cancel the scan. I also experienced issues with the graphics driver. When the computer was upgraded to Windows 10 (it shipped with Vista), no one bothered to download the correct driver for the integrated graphics card which caused video issues when playing DVDs. When I ran CCleaner to attempt to fix an issue I was having with the DVD drive (tray closing by itself) I found well over 100 issues with the registry. At this point I had had enough and returned the computer which posed its own set of problems. They had been working on an Emachines computer with Windows XP for me. When I informed them that I no longer wanted either computer and wanted a refund, they had the nerve to try and sell me another computer. When I declined the offer they promptly charged me a restocking fee. At no time prior to returning the computer had I been told that there would be a restocking fee. Needless to say I will never deal with this business again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

These guys are great! They are courteous and professional. Took my laptop and it was ready soon after. I am a pleased customer and would definitely do business with them again. Also, refer them to anyone needing computer repair.
