I called on Wednesday because I needed an appointment for an auto inspection for insurance. I spoke with an employee who told me to come in on Friday at 10:30am, when I went the man said "we are too busy and refused to honor my appointment. Than starting screaming telling me it was not his fault. Never again...

I had a very good experience. I needed a new bumper. Steven gave me a quote. After a week of waiting for the part to be delivered and painted, it was installed in about a half an hour while I waited. They’re located near Bronx‘s famous Italian food-filled Arthur Avenue. Make sure to visit Teitel Brothers Italian food store.

I had a minor accident and was referred to Steven by a friend of mine. The process was very easy, he got me into a rental very quickly. He even did pick up and drop off service! His team was always responsive and really helped me with my issue. My car came out good as new and the paint work made the car look better than when it went in.
