Opened a restaurant during covid. We selected Unifirst to provide many items for us. They could not even provide toilet paper. Hand towel racks fell off the wall. They could not find a way to secure them with to the wall. We paid 4 month for personalized mats, they never showed. They provided us toilet paper that didnt fit in the holders so we had trash on the floor constantly. They ran out of sanitizer...DURING COVID! Hard to run a restaurant when companies like this exist. They are not a solution. They are a problem. So i canceled the contract. And they are suing me. Wow!

This may be the worst company in business. Drivers are dirty and rude. Incompetence from top to bottom. Anyone that works with this company will regret it. Their 5 star reviews are fake and generated internally by their marketing team.

$26/week rate was promised when contract was signed, few month later it increased to $34/week, now which just a few weeks later the second raise $40/week. Never inform you when and why, they just leave you the increased bill. I understand sometimes company need to raise rate to cover their increased cost, but from $26/week to $40/week, that is too much. I wouldn’t sign if it was $40/week at the beginning. Don’t recommend this company, there are better ones out there, better service and better price.

This review is for the driver of this company truck. This is now TWICE just today that he has parked in the middle of the road or parking lot blocking in cars!! No one can get around this guy! RIDICULOUS!
