It was an ok place for the night while traveling through for business it was quiet and peaceful and friendly people but the room was pretty beat up holes in the walls busted up ac but ok for a night.

The cleanliness of the rooms and safety was awful. Me and my family were also told we would get a room next to each other and when we arrived we were 4 rooms between us apart. Very unsatisfied! There was black mold on the floor and the shower curtain when we asked to be brought a new shower curtain they did but that one also had mold on it. The rooms stunk of cigarettes and the air conditioning did not work until WE cleaned out the filters ourselves. There was also cigarettes burns in the mattress cover and in the sheets. The towels that were dirty and looked as if they just folded them up after already being used. In the room there was two door leading into other people's room and the locks were not good which made us feel extremly unsafe. When we went down in the morning for breakfast and there was also none. The experience was awful and we will never stay there again.

June 6-7th 2022 THE WORST PLACE EVER! My boyfriend stayed there for work and the next day he found bed bug bites on him. He didn’t tell me till the day after so I called and innocently just wanted to inform them so they could check it out. Bina proceeding to yell at me told me to stop talking before I say anything. Continued to tell me he wasn’t there even though I had the room number. Told me they have never had bed bugs and that I was a liar over and over again. Proceeding to yell at me. I told her I wasn’t trying to get a refund, and then she interrupted me and yelled you wouldn’t get one anyways. And I continued to say I wasn’t trying to get a refund. His work paid for it anyways I was just simply saying to check the room to be careful for the next guests. She was SCREAMING at me and interrupting me so I called her rude and she called me rude and hung out on me. Believe me I have never been SO angry in my ENTIRE life. I have never experienced such rude customer service at a hotel before. Such a shame. Wow.

Good place to go, I guess the floors are better now being hard floor instead of carpet and also the rooms look much better. I only found 1 tiny little bug, other than that everything is good!
