I am very disappointed in the service I received at this place. I had the grandmother of the business give me a pedicure and the outcome looked like a 5-year-old painted my toes. The polish was very clumpy and painted outside of my toenail. I shared my complaint with the owner/manager and he said it was because of my toenails were shaped. I should have known this wasn't the right place for me to go for a service because I did not feel welcomed and when I walked in there was no one inside getting any service. I do not recommend B nalis to anyone.

So went there expecting to get my old nails soaked and completely redone these mfs don't believe in acetone and clipped them to file them and use them just paint over my old nails I had a crack in one of my nails and the removal was so painful cuz he didn't soak them paid $60 for nails they didn't file correctly so they look chipped some are flatter than others it looks awful got them done 4 days ago and my pinky nail is already peeling off also there's paint over lapping my pointer finger in the pic way overpaid these people are terrible at there jobs

Only went here cause I had a gift certificate. Didn't like the work. My feet look like my grandchild painted them. I'm sticking with creative nails
