Incompetent employees. If you're going to use the mobile app I guess it would be alright. If you need to interact with staff it's a hard pass. Go to Dunkin Doughnuts across the street , it's better coffee anyway

They are always out of stock, of basically everything. But they can sometimes offer you a glass of milk or water. Needs better management, if you see an increase in sales of a specific beverage, you should increase your supply to meet demand. Not never order the product again and then remove all options from the menu.

Older lady took our order and was very rude and wouldn’t even let me get a sentence out. Was no line and they weren’t busy but she kept rushing me while taking my order.

Very good. The counters are blocked off by plexiglass and the staff all wear masks and gloves. You can only go inside to place and pickup an order, no dining in. They have the floor marked for entering and exiting pathways as well as distance markers so you keep six feet apart from others waiting for their orders.
