Russ is an outstanding craftsman and knows his trade very well. I had a family grandfather clock which is well over a hundred years old and needed adjusting. I mistakenly took it to a competitor who had it for over seven months and was told he couldn't repair it without completely overhauling and charging an excessive fee. Russ was able to look at it and in two days find a solution!! He had it for approximately two weeks and had it in working order in no time. It had a slight set back afterwards, but Russ knew exactly the problem was and kindly came to my home to make the necessary adjustment. I cannot praise enough Russ's courteousness, professionalism, and friendly manner. Five stars across the board!!!!

My dad purchased a cuckoo clock and shipped it to my grandparents when he was stationed in Berlin in 1956. I remember watching it work when I was in lower elementary school. By the time I got to middle school, my grandparents had taken it down--no longer worked, they said. When we cleaned out their house, we found it in a box, where it stayed for four decades for want of a good place to put it. Four decades later, after Andrew's Clocks and Watches refurbished it, the cuckoo clock hangs on my wall and keeps GREAT time! It's a joy!

Russell and his daughter are personable, professional and miracle workers! They have resurrected a 100 year old Black Forest coo coo clock that I discovered in a corner of his father’s basement. It had been packed away and forgotten. It now holds a treasured spot in our home and keeps impressive time!
