I will update, when I feel able, to reflect why I have reduced the stars here down to one. I am not in possession of the mental fortitude or physical serenity to expound upon it here as of yet. It should have never got here. Rest assured a review update will come. When I'm well again.

I have always had great care here until this week. I spoke with someone from billing named Sheila or Sara. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had a simple question about a bill and she hung up on me after saying she didn’t know.

I've been coming here for 40 years and the staff is always been professional courteous caring and real you can't ask for much more than that I've been through some pretty serious illnesses and they have always taken very good care of me here and they care about me here and I care about them in return they're good people that work here I enjoy coming here for care and I feel safe here and that's a plus if you get the opportunity to be seen here if they were to do it you would be lucky and you should feel lucky if you get to be seen here because it's for Native Americans only but they do accept some other patients now which I don't think they should that's my opinion overall it's a very good place for medical care best most comfortable place in town as far as I'm concerned

The sheer ineptitude of this place. I've been desperately waiting for 6 months for referrals to a GI provider for my Crohn's disease. I've seen 3 separate providers here for a referral to a specialist. I have been repeatedly deceived and made to believe this lack of follow through on my care is my fault. Turns out, this operation never actually went to my insurance for authorization for any of my referrals. Of course they never went through. Of course I never got help or any calls returned. Of course not, they never did their job to get me the help they promised and now that I am going into my appointments so gaslit and frustrated I am in tears by midway through, OF COURSE its all my fault. The last MD I saw was a real treat. I was told again and again the clinic wasn't for white people. The dental, the psych, etc, all in house services are for natives. He told me over and over again that the facility and care within was not for me. But that he COULD refer me out. I assured him that was fine and I just needed help. But help is not to be found here. Accept those referrals are never going to happen. Their effort was so outrageous, the referral tech at the new GI place told me to find a new PCM entirely. Best advice I've heard all day. I sincerely hope that the people who are served by this clinic actually do get good care. They certainly deserve it after the abhorrent history between their peoples and the colonizers that came here. I was assured I could be seen as a patient here, but I don't see the point.

FRTH is open to the community, however you must register as a patient before being seen. Currently our Behavioral Health Counselors are impacted and only taking native patients at the moment. Psychiatry is open to all patients.
Yes! We are providers for both Medi-Cal and California Health and Wellness.
Yes
You would have to change your PCp to feather river tribal health before you can be seen and they treat both native and non native Americans there
Yes, however, it depends on the situation. If your teeth are severely impacted, they may refer you to an oral surgeon. Also, you must be a registered patient to be seen here.
