Had to wait for the food for 45 mins. Also because I had a big order because big family. Heard the Manger tell crews member that we could wait that he could do everyone else order. We was the first 1s there they wasn't a soul in there when we got there

Was on wait for almost 45 minutes then decided well I will just order online. So we did. Got there and it some come inside and pickup at counter well the door is locked. Then we to wait almost 40 minutes in drive through. We asked why they didn’t have the door unlocked COVID was their answer. “ Nowhere in TN is shutting doors due to this any more including other locations near by.” Also if they were that worried they were not wearing masks. They said they do not answer the phone if the GM is not there do to the fact that all of them are newer and don’t know what to say.

I have come here during busy times, and during slow times. They never have any pizzas prepared. I don’t understand how that’s a critical part of your business, and you can’t have pizzas “hot and ready”. This location does have a drive through, but what good is it when you don’t have pizzas prepared for when customers drive up?

Went By there today and apparently they are closed but they are letting other people in the door to get pizza but wouldn't let me in to order a pizza, dont know why they are doing this , im still outside and they are opening the door for some people. But still telling me they are closed, so off 3 more miles to the next little caesars.
