They're mediocre at best (every time I get from them) I haven't had an experience where they haven't messed up my order I don't understand if you call in the order why wouldn't a person tell you they are out of bagels

Placed a phone order for three bagels, two butter one scallion cream cheese, all three toasted. Went to pick up. The employee read back my phone order correctly as I was paying at the counter. I get home, hand out the bagels only to find that none are toasted and all three have plain cream cheese. So disappointed. Do better.
