Buying my new vehicle from Mark at Tim Short was the easiest car buying process I've ever experienced! I live 5 hours away in Maryland and wanted a new car from their lot. The first thing Mark said to me on the phone was "No problem! We can deliver your new car to you for free!" I bought my new car, and got TOP dollar for my trade-in from my couch, 5 hours away, in the span of an afternoon! My new car was delivered the NEXT DAY, and my trade-in was driven away. I can't even believe how easy and pleasant this whole process was! I got an amazing deal on my new car, and 0% financing because of a manufacturer incentive. I'm over the moon! We have plenty of dealerships within driving distance of our house, but I already have Mark working on my husband's new car. I have been looking for a particular car for a couple months and found one at Tim Short Auto Mall via the Internet. I live in Dallas, TX and called speaking to Roy Eversol. Roy was very frank about the condition of the car, being low mileage and excellent. I studied the photographs carefully and decided to purchase the car not seeing it in person.
