Called up here to get some help with a package just now and the guy who spoke to me was absolutely rude. Never in my life have I been spoke to the way this man spoke to me. This is not the first occurrence with their attitude problem at this location but this man was probably the rudest person I have spoke with here. I’m sick of this place and I’m sick of them being so incapable of doing their job. There have been multiple times that I have signed for my package online using informed delivery but they STILL won’t deliver packages with the online signature and every time I have to call up here about it, it’s a different excuse and a bad attitude about it. Sick and tired of this is an absolute understatement.

Tashi that works at the front is THE rudest employee to customers. You can be as friendly as you’d like to her and it doesn’t matter. She needs training on how to talk to and treat customers.

They were supposed to knock on my door so that I could sign for my package instead they didn’t knock and now I have to pick it up because they don’t know how to do their job
