We just moved to the area and had a bed frame order sent to our new home. Amazon sent it via USPS, and the delivery was attempted once. We received a note saying the item was too large to put in the mailbox (duh). I question the postal carrier's sincere attempt to deliver the package. The note was placed in the mailbox. They did not attempt to knock on the door or ring the doorbell. We were home as we knew the package was being delivered that day. There was no second delivery attempt. So on Day 3 I went to this post office after requesting a pickup online, and spoke with the supervisor. She promised to investigate as the postal carrier had the day off, and she promised to contact me. I am still waiting. I now do not trust this post office and I would hesitate to have anything delivered through them in the future. This is a very large, heavy package that should not have gone missing.

Package was scanned picked up at post office not even an hour after they scanned received 10/09/2021. I was at work and Definitely could not pick it up.. No 3849 was left at my apartment and no one answers the phone. That package had my lizards food in it…I am an ex postal carrier and laziness and neglect like this are some of the reasons I left the postal service.
