Employees are very helpful and polite. Stock in appliances not so good. When elderly want to see what they are buying they can only look at a picture they bring up on line. My parents are in their 90s and looking at a screen doesn't work for them.

I ordered a $650 air conditioner from their site after doing research and finding the one I wanted. I had it shipped to my house and when I received it the back fins were severely damaged and there was a large dent all the down the entire side. I called the customer service number and was told I had to bring it back to the store for a refund and order a new one. So I was a little annoyed, but dealt with it and did just that. I ordered a new one but this time I did curv side pick up so I didn't have to worry about it being damaged during shipping. When the new one was ready I lifted the 92 pound box into my truck and brought my old one back to return. Just to be safe I opened the box of the new one that they helped me load into the back of my truck. The new one was all dented and cracked in the front, so I had to then take it off my truck and return that one as well. Now I wait 3 to 5 business days for the $1,400 between the two to go back on my card, and after all that, I still don't have an air conditioner. I'm not trying a third time and will be finding somewhere else to purchase.

Great store!! Very helpful and pleasant associate in the garden Department! She even had an associate help load bags of mulch in my car for me! I love shopping at the North Utica Lowe's!

My experience was great. It was not because of great customer service from regular Lowe's employees but from an individual from the merchandising team. It was his first day there and he took me to the proper location and explained the …

Try Michael's
I would try Hobby Lobby or something like that. Maybe even true value hardware. Lowes doesn't repair things like that in store.
