Ordered our windows from the Theodore, Al. Office. Chase the salesman came to the house and presented his sales pitch with excitement. So much so, he failed to order the correct windows, after we drew a picture and he made comment on how the type windows fit our era and style of my house. After 21 weeks of waiting without Window world contacting us. We finally had our windows installed, although the wrong style. They were professionally installed and clean. The shutters were installed and some were faded. Still waiting for an answer on the shutter. The installation I will give a 10 but the administration is not reliable. The manager won't respond to my calls, only gives the answers to the girls upfront.

Window world franchise in Ft Myers/Cape Coral branch has terrible service & communication. Promised window install in December 2020 and no install yet or answers as to when to expect windows. They don’t return calls and I even requested franchise owners call me to discuss but never a return call. Would not use this company as they are unreliable!

THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST WINDOW AND DOOR INSTALL CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY MY CONTRACT WAS STARTED ON 08/18/2020 TODAYS DATE IS 01/25/2021 STILL NOT COMPLETED STOOD UP 2 DIFFERENT TIMES FOR THE INSTALL DID NOT HEAR FROM COMPANY BY E-MAIL NOR PHONE I REFUSE TO PAY THE BALANCE UNTIL STORM DOOR IS INSTALLED BUT REALLY NEED TOHAVE A STORM DOOR BEFORE THE SPRING ARRIVES THE BUGS WILL BE REALLY BAD INSIDE MY HOME

I ordered 32 windows in Oct 2020 Baton Rouge La, the crew that installed them left my house a mess, 2 of the windows came in the wrong size, the screens for several windows were installed but was not the correct size, order a special craftmans grid pattern and they sent me regular 6 panel windows. They installed 5 windows on to a new addition incorrectly and has refused to correct the problem. Please do not use this company they do not stand behind their work. They lie and make promises. As of Dec 15, 2020 no will return my calls. WINDOW WORLD IS HORRIBLE AND THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE PROJECT. BEWARE. ACTUALLY THEY GET 0 STARS FROM ME BUT WILL NOT LET YOU POST UNLESS YOU MARK A STAR.
