Yes we had a very positive experience purchasing our bed. Our sales consultant, Julie Brennick, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to get delivery the next day. The delivery men brought the bed and assembled quickly. However, we were supposed to have a discussion about the height of the bed, and they were supposed to instruct us on how to use the bed remote. Neither of these things happened. I called customer service, and they'll be here Tuesday to lower the bed.

FurnitureLand had a ton of choices for furniture, but the area was laid out nicely with areas that just make sense. The staff really knows what they are doing and truly care about the customer. My rep, Payton, asked the color scheme of my room, plus what I was looking for. She took me back to the right area and helped me choose the furniture I wanted. She was able to answer every question, helped with measurements, and helped with the hard decisions. This was a great experience.
