Top notch experience! Highly recommend Alex and the team that scheduled a chairlift, grab bars and railings for my parents home! Installed quickly and efficiently with great customer service! Thank you!

Grab bars were installed today along with POLE next to bed. Also railings on cement in bulkhead. The crew was fantastic. They installed everything exactly the way I wanted it so everything will work for me. I will probably have them back in the spring to do more projects. Thank you so much,

Questions & Answers

Does the customer have to be home to qualify for one of your "Free Home Safety Assessments"? What if they're in rehab or in a hospital?

That is a great question. While it is ideal to have the end user home for the free home safety evaluation, we often encounter this exact situation where the individuals that need our equipment are in-fact rehabilitating in a facility and working hard to get home. In these common situations, we will ask their contact (Spouse, adult child, sibling, neighbor, friend) that is meeting us at the home to describe a little about the person including approximate height and weight as well as any relevant diagnoses that may affect their functioning. Questions also include types of adaptive equipment (ie walker, cane, wheelchair, etc) that they may be utilizing for mobility. Each of these questions help guide us to make the most accurate recommendations. Further, we are happy to collaborate virtually with the rehab team and the individual themselves at anytime in order to make the most appropriate recommendations.

What happens when my loved one no longer needs their installed equipment?

That is a great question, thank you for asking. We gladly offer a 10% buyback on our larger equipment including Aluminum Modular Ramp Systems, Straight stairlifts (both indoor and outdoor, Vertical Platform Lifts, and Overhead Ceiling lifts. As long as the equipment is in good, working condition, we can remove the items almost as if they were never there. We also accept donations and ensure clients we will pay it forward and offer items to the next user at a significantly discounted rate. We are fully transparent, however, that we are not a non-profit organization so regarding taxes, it is not considered a charitable contribution. Some items such as grab bars and handrails, we encourage individuals to keep in the home forever and in turn are not able to offer a buy back. Most portable DME as well, because of sanitary concerns, do not qualify for buy backs. We are happy to discuss individual situations as they arise.
