I saw an advertised ad online for a car I was interested in. I was in Manhattan at the time and I called The dealership and reached James. Having been fed up with other dealership shenanigans I asked James if the price listed included any fees I wasn’t seeing in fine print. He assured me there were none. I drove all the way out and met James. Perfectly nice calming down to earth guy. From that point on everything was smooth and easy. Any issues I had with the car (pre-owned) they took care of. Met the manager and she was extremely nice and reassuring. Loretta who I imagine is the finance manager I only spoke with on the phone and texted. Just as with James she was as friendly as an old friend and more accommodating than I ever would have expected. I was out of town when my wife picked up the car and that transaction was smooth as can be. This dealership turned my extremely frustrating car shopping experience into an absolute pleasure.
