Great spot, yummy pizza! Parking is a bit hard to come by so we assumed this place was packed but we’re sat right away in a mostly empty restaurant Saturday at dinner time. It was SO GOOD. I got the summer garden pizza. Crust was thick and crunchy on the ends which is just how I like it. They have build your own options for the more picky eaters. There were also wings and salads if pizza isn’t your jam. Really cool vibe inside with all the colored glasswork everywhere and eclectic art/customer graffiti all over the walls. We enjoyed it!

I love Mother Bear’s Pizza. Pizza, wing, Lasagna…. everything is so wonderful. My fav is deep dish pizza here. Very nice atmosphere and comfortable service with good pizza. I enjoyed every part of my visit and I will be going back again :) it is the best pizza place in the world. We always love to see you, Jennie! Delicious pizza, wings, and lasagna is what we're known for, so it's great to know we hit our mark. We look forward to seeing you back our way! -Mark H., Owner

There is a larger room in back that can be reserved
I'm sorry you had that experience, Terri. Can I have your phone number to look up your order and contact you about getting you credit for a future order?
That is not at all what I experienced. It is a wonderful place with outstanding pizza.
That was Bears Place. Nowadays they feature an open mic comedy show on Monday nights in the back room. Mother Bears doesn't have a stage or anything comparable.
Parking is definitely an issue. There are about 8 spots behind the restaurant which is obviously inadequate. The spots behind the buildings to the west are being towed from. On the weekends, you might find a spot south of the alley, but they are reserved for those offices during the week. The lot to the south and east across the street is a pay lot which can be used. Also on weekends, the university lot east of the pay lot is probably an option. They need to build a parking garage just for Mother Bears.
Yes!
