I’ve been here 2 months and I absolutely love it! The application and move in process was flawless. Tess is awesome! I love my neighbors I live alone with my daughter I feel very safe in my apartment and coming home at night! Neighbors are very respectful we keep the outside areas clean. I haven’t saw not 1 bug! It’s super quiet! I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place and I couldn’t be happier with the decision I made to make this place my first apartment

The apartment you were looking for was pulled off the market by office staff, unfortunately Zillow pulls it a few days afterwards. We have no control over Zillow pulling it at a later time. I referred you to our other locations because that's the only places we have currently for rent to help you out in the time frame you needed. Sorry you felt any sort of way or if I had done something to offend you. It's not my intention at all. I was just trying to help you find an apartment in your time frame you stated. We just didn't have it in the price range or time frame you were looking for besides the ones I referred you too. Our apartments go really fast and we normally have a waiting list on our apartments. Tess is amazing. Made my transition from Pittsburgh back to Louisville so easy and handled everything in a professional, yet approachable, manner. The unit is everything I could have hoped for. The remodeled unit with hardwood floors are really nice. Definitely feels like home!
