I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 5 years. I rarely have any issues with them and I was very satisfied with my experience up to this point. I have 2 accounts, a checking and a savings. The savings has over a grand while the checking is for bills. On Monday a bill was paid early since my car finance company was under new management. I was unaware of the charge and used my card Monday through Wednesday until Thursday when I checked my account to prepare for the up coming bill. I was SHOCKED when I saw my checking account was now -500.00! I spent 250.00 (coffee 3 times and bought 4 various gifts for Christmas for my Family and Fiance) However there were 250.00 in OVERDRAFT FEES ALONE! Well I can forget having Christmas with my Family. I checked the mail, email and voicemail. Wells Fargo had made NO ATTEMPT to contact me. Not even to check if they were FRAUDULENT charges. Thanks for ruining Christmas Wells Fargo, I'll be changing banks on Monday.

Waited in line at lobby for 45 minutes and was literally kicked out 1 minute to close after being asked to wait upon arrival. Branch manager couldn’t even apologize and take responsibility, instead shifted blame on “difficult clients” that should’ve already been finished. Had I been the other client I would be embarrassed instead of being so frustrated that this institution lacks customer service. Good job again Wells Fargo, strike 2. Life’s too short for 3, I will not be back.

Not sure why Mark Rippt says such untruth about Wells Fargo. My husband and I have been account holders for many years and have never had a bit of problem with anyone or anything with the bank. 1 0000 percent satisfaction and every employee goes out of their way to help and make you feel special and appreciated. So, yes, run dont walk TO Wells Fargo for the best banking experience you will ever have. Obviously, Mr. Mark Rippt had problems with his account staying in good standing and there was nothing the bank could do to help. Maybe he should belong to Woodforest Bank.
