I have gotten great relief from my anxiety and feel calmer than I probably ever have since coming in once a week. The office feels very safe and has comprehensive COVID protocols. I had a rare form of Bell's palsy, the staff was very knowledgeable and caring. I was having extreme migraine headaches. They helped me through the pain I was getting treatment 3 to 4x a week and would not have been able to without the opportunity created by this wonderful community.

Their receptionist was rude and mooked a customer that was 67 years old for not being able to read Spanish or English. The receptionist would talk over the customer in an aggressive tone and hung up on customers that asked her any questions. Definitely not the place to find any type of peace and tranquility. Shame on her for talking like that to any customer, it looks like it was clear her first job by how she treat other customers as well. She needs to get off her high horse and learn a little humility.

I've been coming to Providence Community Acupuncture almost every week for over a year. It's such a wonderful opportunity to access acupuncture, as it's so affordable (otherwise there's no way I would be able to go regularly). Appointments are easy to make. Parking is free (there's a lot in back). Most importantly, the staff are wonderful. The acupuncturists are knowledgeable and professional and so KIND and empathetic, and the front desk staff are lovely. My health has improved from this experience. The vibe is very welcoming to all people. Highly recommended!
