Came here to get a car while my car was in the repair shop. This location picked me up and took me to the their location. Unfortunately there weren’t any cars available so I had to drive a mini van. The agents were nice enough to try and get me into something else and called several times to let me know they were still looking.

They have harassed me every week. Tried to get money out of my account when my insurance already paid them and was solved with a simple phone call for an extension. Threatened to call the cops if we didn't pay them when we weren't owed money. I'll never go there again.

Rented from Enterprise a few times.. was turned down today at the Easley location because i was using a debit card and didn't have utility bills un my name.. never had this problem at the other location. Has really put me in a bind for tonight's trip. Thank you a Enterprise.
