Thanks to Wagging Tails my 16 year old dog who they "cared" for there for 10 days is on his death bed. In addition to losing our dog bowls and never having given him his bed to sleep on, my dog came back stained brown and yellow (he's white), smelly, with a horrible cough, malnourished, dehydrated, and fearful. He was clearly left to sleep on the hard floor and seems to have been allowed to be trampled on by other dogs or who knows what happened. We were forced to bring him to the animal hospital where we found out he has pneumonia, had to be put on an IV and multiple medications as he's been there the past two days. I regret not having researched this place beforehand. How this place is still in business is beyond me, between the neglection and overall carelessness with animals. This place is cruel to animals and I advise everyone to avoid it. I will be in contact with the animal warden. (Update - 3 weeks later) It has been an extremely rough few weeks. The slander in response to my review is not only utterly unprofessional but extremely upsetting. After my dog’s battle with his illness the past few weeks, his health had completely depleted, leaving him unable to function and his body beginning to fail. We had to bring him to the vet yesterday afternoon for him to be put down, due to his tremendous suffering. That response was certainly the last thing I wanted to see as my family and I are grieving the loss of our dog. Claiming that what I previously stated was “defamation” would require that my initial statement was unfounded and without premise. I have plenty to back up my story.
