The owner is rude, nasty and his English is terrible. He started yelling at me. I was trying to use my Harris Teeter points and he would only let me use my BP points. I will be calling BP to discuss this place. He was rude to many customers. He kept several people waiting while he was on a phone fir 15 minutes or more.

No gas at the pumps on Friday....July 14th. I called Saturday morning to confirm if had replenished. Clerk was so very rude on the phone. Short and nasty. I only ask if they had gas. Yeah we got gas. We always had gas. Then he just hung up the phone. No you didnt...because on Friday all the pumps had yellow bags and sign that said out of order. The most nasty tone ive heard. He didnt even greet properly when he answered the phone. I had to ask him was this the BP. I see EXACTLY why this store has a 2.9 rating. I quess ratings dont matter as long as money is being made. Customer service is Everything and this one SUCKS!!!

This was a clean store also!! Someone has been on there job about helping keeping the store cleaned!!! Keep up the hard work employees!!!
