We've been using Hay's for years after a bad experience with a similarly named company. In all that time they have never tried to sell us a new system we didn't really need- even when our existing system started to have minor issues. It was a no-brainer to go with them when finally did need a replacement. Professional, courteous, and quick install. Will definitely be a customer for the lifetime of the new system, and will be using them again should we need to down the line.

Hay's service was excellent! Mike, the technician was professional, clearly skilled and knowledgeable in his field. He was also very courteous and responsive. In these challenging times, it was wonderful to do business with such a professional company!

So frustrated and disappointed with their customer service. I will not be using Hays again.

Since the heating and cooling system was installed in Jun 2018, the dirty sock smell came back every year around the late March. Can you solve the problem permanently? Qiuyi
