There is no 0 star rating. We ordered our food at the drive through. The person didn't repeat our order to us or give us a price. Then we were told to pull to the last window and it took them 20 minutes to get our order to us and many people behind us got their orders first. They got our order right but it was a sloppy mess could not eat them without getting stuff all over ourselves. One burger bun was stale and fell apart while eating.

Drive thru speaker person ignores you. When they finally acknowledge you, it sounds like a dance party going on in there. Workers must not realize that customers are the reason they get a paycheck. Rude, Rude, Rude with Attitude.

We usually don't have good expectations at McDonald's but wow. We ordered 60$ worth of food in the drive thru and our food was ready when we got to the pickup window and it was very good. Not old at all. I was super impressed.

I just left McDonald's. I asked for Egg, ham, cheese McMuffin and this is what I get! It's cold! And didn't even get my correct order. This is second time this has happened.
