Walmart like everything else In life has made drastic changes. Some are not some of their better ideas. If you need assistance. Just look for the crowd of employees . Their Normally in a department that they don't work in huddled up talking. And has no more knowledge of the location of what your looking for than you.

Sorry to have to give a low star day to Walmart Wynne, AR. I first would like to say to corporate. I understand the glass lockbox cases do to products being stolen. But you can't find anyone to help unlocking the cases to get the merchandise you need unless you walk all the way back up to service desk center. Why can't you reinstall the customer needs assistance in "______". Like you had back in the day.....lol. In my case this would have been "HARDWARE". To the store side.... Please ask your staff if they are not going to help when a customer stops them 1."That's not my department" as lest offer to get someone who can help. 2."I'm on my lunch/break" please, please have them to remove their tag or vest. Especially when they aren't willing to help the customer. That way they appear to be another customer's and not staff causing us the customer to waist even more of our energy and time. Again sorry to have to blast you guys of Wynne Supercenter but this is what happen to me on this days visit.
