I spoke with a sales associate over the phone and was treated very disrespectfully. The Subaru dealership in Raleigh was much better at answering my questions. I'd suggest going there instead.

Thomas was great to work with! He was honest and straightforward. He kept us informed as we waited for our car to arrive. We wholeheartedly recommend him.

Great experience, 3rd Subie from Johnson. Godfrey is a Legend. Service is better than Porsche.

The 2021 Outback has a known issue with the CCU "Infotainment system" crashing that Subaru insists is software. While software updates seem to resolve some Android Auto / Carplay issues, it doesn't resolve complete system crashing / reboot. In these more severe cases, CCU replacement seems to resolve the issue. Mine has been crashing for over a year and Subaru won't fix it, insisting that it's a software issue. They keep telling me to wait for the next update, but several updates later the issue persists. *UPDATE* Changed to three stars because the GM is working with Subaru to finally get the unit replaced, and the service team at the dealership has been great and genuinely seems to want to fix the issue.

We do require masks to be worn by all employees and visitors. This is a government mandate as well as company policy. There are some medical reasons why some people cannot safely wear masks. If this is happening at this moment please ask the receptionist to have a manager come speak with you. Thank you for your feedback - we want to keep everyone safe!
I don't know how long it took to replace the air bag on my outback. They gave me a 2019 outback to drive until they called me to say I could come to get mine back.
They have good programs but depending on the mileage you might be better going to one of the following companies: Endurance Autopom CARCHEX AA Auto Protection These are the best four out there based on numerous studies and are listed in order of ranking. You can certainly do your own search and research by going to Google and putting in "best used car warranties" and move forward from as you feel most appropriate. In closing... I do not sell nor do I have any direct knowledge about this process other than my own research and subsequent opinions. I wish you all the best and hope your search process proves beneficial.
That's a pretty vague question. It would all depend on how much Freon you need, why your system lost its charge, and if replacement parts were required. You need to have the system properly diagnosed to get an idea of what the problem is.
